Self-catering house. Double storey, 8 sleeper, spacious stunning lagoon view, four bedrooms, fully furnished house and minutes away from the lagoon in Langebaan.

The house has four bedrooms with two of it en-suite . House is equipped with two double beds and 4 single beds. Built-in braai in the house and another braai-place on the second balcony.

Fully fitted kitchen with all the major appliances in it. Lounge and a dining area in the house.TV room equipped with DSTV (no need to bring smart card) and DVD player. Bedding, cutlery and crockery are provided. The house is situated on the owner's property.

Out of season rate for 8 PEOPLE PER NIGHT @ R2300.00 &

In Season rate and long weekends for 8 PEOPLE @ R2700-00. Please note: 12 December 2022 - 14 January 2023 still available, minimum of 10 days stays required during this period..

We also offer individual rooms ideal for business people and couples @ R850.00.

A 50% of the rent money will secure your reservation. A cleaning fee of R450.00 is also required and must be paid along with the balance of the rent on your arrival or paid into bank account.

Cancellations
Cancellation on day of arrival - full amount will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival - forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellation 7 - 14 days before arrival - forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 - 21 days before arrival - forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 21 - 28 days before arrival - forfeit 25% of the deposit.
No shows will be charged.
